Become a Miss Capital City’s Teen Candidate

  • Enter Competition Cycle 2025 when registering

  • Payable only once per competition season

Note: In addition to your 1-page CSI, please prepare and memorize a 30 second (or less) introduction to your CSI. This will be delivered onstage during the competition.

Eligibility Information

If you are a you are a resident, work or attend school in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion, Morgan, Putnam or Shelby counties in Indiana, and you were born between the years of 2006-2010, you may be eligible to compete for our Teen title. If you were born between 1996-2005, you may be eligible for Miss Capital City. To become a Miss candidate, click here.

  • You must be a citizen of the United States

  • You must live, work, or attend school in the State of Indiana

  • You must be a young woman born between the years of 1996-2010

  • You must meet the character criteria and all other eligibility requirements as set forth by the Miss America Opportunity

  • You must be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements

  • You must be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities

    In-Person Private Interview - 10 minutes - 30%

    Talent - 90 seconds - 20%

    Health & Fitness - 20%

    Evening Gown - 20% 

    Onstage Conversation - 10%

    COMMUNITY SERVICE INITIATIVE

    This area of competition requires each contestant to choose an issue about which she cares deeply and is of relevance to our country. The initiative can be an existing program or organization, or it can be a unique topic for which a contestant wishes to advocate. Most importantly, a contestant should choose an issue she is passionate about, as it will be an important part of Miss Capital City’s year of service.
